This policy explains your right to cancel an online purchase and how returns and refunds work. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. It does not affect your statutory rights.
1. Your 14-day right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.
The 14 days start on the day you — or a person you nominate, other than the courier — receive the products. If you collect your order from our store, they start on the day you collect it. If your order arrives in several parcels, they start on the day you receive the last one.
2. Products that cannot be returned
For health-protection and hygiene reasons, the right to cancel does not apply to sealed cosmetics, skincare and make-up products that have been unsealed after delivery — for example if the protective seal, film or cap seal has been removed or broken. Please keep products sealed if you think you might want to return them.
The right to cancel also does not apply to products that deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date is close, where this was clearly indicated before you ordered.
This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or not as described — see section 7.
3. How to cancel
Tell us that you want to cancel before the 14 days run out. You can:

- write to us or visit us at Kyriakou Matsi & Rodou 11, 1086 Nicosia.
You can use the model cancellation form below, but you don’t have to — any clear statement is enough. Please include your order number. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation without delay.
4. Returning the products
Send the products back, or bring them to our store, within 14 days of the day you told us you are cancelling.
- Return address: IdealSense, Kyriakou Matsi & Rodou 11, 1086 Nicosia, Cyprus.
- Return cost: you pay the direct cost of returning the products. Returning them in person at our store is free.
- Please pack the products carefully and keep proof of postage.
You may open the outer packaging to inspect a product as you would in a shop. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
5. Your refund
We refund you within 14 days of the day we receive your cancellation. We may wait until we have received the products back, or until you have shown us proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.
- If you cancel your whole order, we refund the price of the products and the standard delivery cost you paid.
- If you cancel only part of an order, we refund the amount you actually paid for the returned products, after any discount that applied to them. Delivery costs are not refunded, because the rest of the order was delivered.
- We refund you using the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not pay any fee for the refund.
6. Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please tell the courier and contact us as soon as possible with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Faulty or incorrect products
If a product is faulty, not as described, or not what you ordered, you are entitled to a remedy under the legal guarantee of conformity, for at least two years from delivery — whether or not it has been opened. Contact us with your order number and, if possible, photographs. We will repair or replace it or, where that is not possible, give you a price reduction or a full refund. We pay the return costs for faulty or incorrect products.
