Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have rights over the personal data we hold about you. This page explains them in plain language and shows how to use them. For full details of what data we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.
Your rights
| Right | What it means |

| Access | Ask whether we hold data about you and get a copy of it. |
| Rectification | Ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete. You can also update your details yourself in My Account. |
| Erasure (“right to be forgotten”) | Ask us to delete your data. We will delete everything we are not legally required to keep — for example, we must keep invoices and order records for tax purposes for 6 years. |
| Restriction | Ask us to pause the use of your data, for example while we check a correction you requested. |
| Portability | Receive the data you gave us in a common, machine-readable format, or have it sent to another company. |
| Objection | Object to our use of your data based on our legitimate interests. You can object to direct marketing at any time, and we will stop. |
| Withdraw consent | Where we rely on your consent, for example for marketing cookies or a product review you posted, you can withdraw it at any time. For cookies, click Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. |
How to make a request
Send your request by email to idealsense@cytanet.com.cy with the subject “Data protection request”, or contact us by phone on +357 22 526 333, by post, or in our store at Kyriakou Matsi & Rodou 11, 1086 Nicosia.
To help us find your data quickly, please tell us:
- your full name and the email address you used with us;
- your order number(s), if you have any;
- which right you want to use.
What happens next
- We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, so that we never give your data to someone else.
- We will reply within one month. If your request is complex, we may extend this by up to two more months — and we will tell you why within the first month.
- Your request is free of charge. We may only charge a reasonable fee, or refuse, if a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.
